"Steve has been helping care for our vacation home for over 20 years. When we are away, we feel our home is safe and protected knowing he is conducting his daily property wellness checks.
If he discovers an issue, he also proposes solutions and suggests service providers for us to consider. Once we move forward, Steve monitors and stays on top of the work until it is satisfactorily completed. His project management skills have been invaluable during the installation of a new water filtration system, a complex construction project that required a structural engineer, and a large pier project. He brought them in on time and on budget.
Steve’s customer service is first class. His proactive attention to the little details ensures the time in our vacation home is as hassle-free as possible. He keeps the wood bin full so we can enjoy a cozy evening by the fire, the all-important ice machine and wine coolers working properly, and ensures the hot tub is ready for our grandkids and family to enjoy.
